Vicki Z was my jewelry specialist. She helped me about a year ago and remembered me. She also understood how important the repair to my Mom’s bracelet was to me. She also reviewed with me the... delicates nature of that bracelet thus should only wear it occasionally. (This will probably allow the bracelet to be available to my heirs.) Vicki also showed me several pieces that she knew I would like and I did buy one, though I would have loved to get the others. Wonderful & quick visit to The Jewelry Center when I needed a watch battery for my Bulova & my Citizen watch needed repair to the band. They were very friendly & helpful even though they were... busy.While I’ve been to this building many times I never realized there was such a comprehensive full-service jeweler there with engagement rings, pendants & many watches to pick from. 2. Ship Your Watch(es)

Print the label, pack your watch(es) securely in a padded envelope or small box, and ship the package. Send in as many watches as you would like.

3. Approve Your Quote

Once we receive your shipment, our technicians will inspect your Folli Follie and email you a free estimate and recommendations for service.

4. Get Watch(es) Back

After approval, our watchmakers will fix your Folli Follie and ship back to you. Payment can be made by credit or debit card.
