Warranty Information warrants service against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for one year from the date of service unless otherwise noted. During this warranty period, if a defect/problem arises and you report the problem to us, we will provide shipping and repair the product using new or refurbished parts. Shipping Policies

Incoming shipping labels are provided free of charge to our customers. These free labels are First Class mailers. We provide the option to add additional insurance for an additional surcharge. All claims are decided by

When we ship back to the customer, we will use either First Class, Priority, or UPS Ground (depending on the contents and location) for a flat $10 fee + insurance fees. Expedited shipments or additional insurance may be requested and paid the customer. If you use a forwarding address, you are responsible for contacting your forwarding company.

Please note we do not currently ship from or to addresses outside of the USA.
