We warrant services against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for one year from the date of service unless otherwise noted. During this warranty period, if a defect/problem arises and you report the problem to us, we will provide shipping and repair the product using new or refurbished parts. Exterior damage that occurs after repair is not covered. All warranty decisions made at the discretion of RepairTJC.com.
Incoming shipping labels are provided free of charge to our customers. These free labels are uninsured First Class mailers. If you wish to insure your package to us, we recommend you go to a shipping provider of your choice and ship to our address through them. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages, delivery errors, or incorrect shipping info.
When we ship back to the customer, we will use either First Class, Priority, or UPS Ground (depending on the contents and location) for a flat $10 fee. Expedited shipments or additional insurance may be requested and paid the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages, delivery errors, or incorrect shipping info. If you choose to not to buy insurance and your purchase is lost or damaged by USPS or UPS, we cannot guarantee a refund. In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist with filing claims. If you use a forwarding address, you are responsible for contacting your forwarding company.
Please note we do not currently ship from or to addresses outside of the USA.
