Shipping Protection Policy’s Shipping Protection protects you if your items are lost or stolen during transportation or delivery using our label. When you use our labels, our Shipping Protection covers you up to your covered value chosen. Protection covers both to and from our facility. It activates when package is first scanned after leaving its originating address. Protection ends when the package is successfully scanned at its final destination.

Do I need additional shipping protection?

No. The most important thing is to package your items securely.  However, if you’d like additional peace of mind, it does provide protection from the extremely rare chance that your package is lost or stolen in transit.

What do I need for a claim?

  • When you package your items for shipment, the packaging should have no open seals and be robust enough to ensure the items contained within are protected en route to the destination.
  • You must take photos of both the original condition of the watch/jewelry prior to packaging and the package itself before it was lost or stolen. Your photos or videos should be clear and high-quality.
  • You may be required to provide proof of purchase of the watch/jewelry (some exclusions may apply for vintage pieces at’s discretion).

What does the shipping protection cover?

In the event of theft or loss of your package during transit, will either reimburse you up to the insured value, or may choose to arrange for the shipment of a replacement piece of the same or similar model.’s Shipping Protection does not cover theft prior to the package being scanned for transit, nor after the package has been scanned at its final destination.

How do I submit a claim?

If you believe your package is lost or stolen during transit, please submit all information via your ticket email to

Preserve all of the packaging material if applicable. Do not dispose of the packaging material before a claim is completed as photographs or other proof of a claim may be required. Failure to comply may result in the denial of your claim due to insufficient evidence.

Claims must be reported no later than 30 days after the shipped date (carrier pick up). may request supporting documents to finalize your claim, including but not limited to video recordings or photos showing theft or a police report. If required documents are not provided to us, the claim may be rejected. will not pay more than the insured value, even if, at the time of a loss, the value of the items exceeds the insured value.

Shipping Protection Does Not Provide Coverage For

    • If you provided inaccurate, dishonest or misleading information to us.
    • If your package is lost because an incorrect address was entered for the final destination.
    • If there is insufficient evidence that your parcel has been lost or stolen during transit.
    • For claims resulting from theft after documented delivery to the Delivery Address.
    • For claims caused by or arising from:
      – Hostile act by or against a belligerent power.
      – Strike, riots, civil commotion or other civil strife.
      – War, civil war, revolution, rebellion or insurrection.
      – Capture, seizure, arrest, restraint or detainment arising from causes 1-3 above.
      – Mines, torpedoes, bombs or other weapons of war.
      – Any hidden or latent defect or any other quality of the Items that cause it to destroy itself or cause other property damage.
      – Insufficiency or unsuitability of packing of the Items.
      – Illegality (for example, the shipment of illegal Items).
      – Delivery delay.
      – Willful misconduct, fraud, infidelity, conversion or dishonest acts.
